Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger believes Brexit laws in football will see English lose it's footing in Europe's pyramid.
Wenger says it will please other major leagues to see the English clubs struggle to sign from abroad.
Top-flight clubs are bracing themselves for tougher battles to sign foreign players following the UK's exit from the European Union.
Wenger said, "The rest of Europe has one dream, to destroy the superiority of the Premier League. When we speak about the Super League, it is that target behind.
"We always knew at Arsenal that the Premier League was the target. Brexit will be a disadvantage to English clubs and will make things more difficult.
"Brexit could be the start of less dominance from England."
