Build federal facilities on State land: DAP

SANDAKAN: Tanjong Papat Assemblyman cum Sabah DAP Acting Chairman, Datuk Frankie Poon Ming Fung (pic), said Federal Government infrastructures can always be built on State land using federal funds, instead of Federal having to apply for the land.  

 He said this was a better option to the long-held practice of giving away state land to Federal for the purpose.
