Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Football Association (Safa) has taken their first step in setting up a football programme to develop the sport in the state. The state body led by its assistant Secretary General, Azman Mastar held a preliminary meeting via video conference with National Sports Council (MSN) officials and the State Education Department officials on Monday morning.
