Kota Kinabalu: An eatery operator at a commercial centre near Kepayan Ridge has been compounded RM300 daily for occupying the five-foot way outside his premises without City Hall’s permission. A City Hall spokesman said this action was taken under the agency’s Food & Eating Premises Bylaws 1966.
