Leeds United midfielder Mateusz Klich admits they weren't good enough for defeat to Aston Villa.

Leeds fell to an early goal from Anwar El Ghazi.

Klich said, “We conceded a bad goal in the second phase of the set-piece. We should have done better there.

“We had some chances at the beginning. We wanted to start quickly. We knew Aston Villa were going to press us – they're a very good side.

“We brought on offensive players to change the game. We tried but it didn't work this time. We have games like this sometimes. We just have to be more clinical.

“I don't think we had a good game. Maybe we managed the ball well, but we didn't really create enough in the final third. We should do better."
