Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has detailed how he insists every member of his squad is valued the same way.
Solskjaer says part of his man-management approach is that there's no favourites.
He told VG: "We work with people. I love working with people and trying to get the best out of people and every single player. I like to treat everyone equally. Everyone must be treated differently, but everyone must be treated with the same amount of respect and with the same amount of value.
"Everyone is equally valuable in a squad. There may be some who get headlines and awards and are taken out on this year's team and yours and theirs.
"But for us, as a team, to be successful, everyone must contribute to varying degrees. Some play more, some play less."
