RM4m contraband seized in P’pang

Kota Kinabalu: Almost RM4 million in cigarettes, beer and fireworks believed smuggled from Labuan were seized in separate raids in Penampang on Jan. 25 by police and General Operation Force (GOF).

In the first raid, police seized cartons of alcohol drinks and illicit cigarettes worth RM1.899 million, including unpaid taxes.
