Burnley manager Sean Dyche admits he is not sure why the club is experiencing so many injury problems.
The Clarets are without several key players, missing Charlie Taylor, Josh Brownhill, Robbie Brady, Chris Wood and Ashley Barnes against Manchester City in a recent Premier League game.
Dyche was asked about injuries following the 2-0 loss to City.
Pressed by reporters, Dyche said: "It's a challenge that we've had ongoing since last season.
"We are scratching our heads a little bit about it, because when we have everyone fit, four or five get injured again.
"This little batch of injuries we have got, we don't think they're serious ones. But we are playing so many games at the moment it is difficult, and tricky, to make sure that they're fit - or fit enough for task.
"We have put players back in, and probably taken them out, when they probably could have played. It's a difficult call for us at the minute."
