The seasoned striker is a goal-scoring machine who loves scoring goals against top clubs in the Premier League. However, Vardy has been a bit on a dry spell and his last Premier League goal was all the way back on the 20th of December.
Vardy will be keener than ever to end his dry spell, and facing title holders Liverpool might be just the fuel he needs to add to his eleven Premier League goal tally this season. Costing €10.280 and with an expected match rating of 6.2, make sure you consider putting Vardy in your portfolio.
Finally, we want to highlight a player that might seem unusual to most but when we back up this Premier League household name with some serious stats, you won’t be that surprised anymore. Lewis Dunk from Brighton & Hove Albion, who are playing Aston Villa this game week, has been around in the Premier League for a number of years, and the skipper has always managed to produce great statistics. Dunk has already netted three goals this season, equalling his total from last season.
On top of that, he is greatly responsible for six clean sheets this season and has an average passing accuracy of 89% (!) in the league so far. So besides a serious threat at set-pieces, Dunk is also a solid defender and a great passer of the ball. Priced at €7.893 he is a bargain and even though his expected match rating might seem high at 6.6, who knows how high Dunk can fly...
