Kota Kinabalu: A paper to be submitted to the Cabinet on the Green City Action Plan is still in the works, after Marinah Harris (pic), daughter of ex-Chief Minister Tan Sri Harris Salleh, asked what has happened to the plan at the recent DBKK Town Hall session to mark the 21st City Day celebration.
