Inter Miami co-owner Marcelo Claure has hinted at long-term transfer interest in Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
Messi had gifted a signed shirt to the Bolivian businessman and his message of thanks contained words that chime with the Argentine's stated desire to play the US one day.
"Thanks [Messi] for sending me this shirt," wrote Claure on Instagram.
"We will take good care of it.
"The football world is a small place and I'm sure our paths will cross."
