FC Twente midfielder Luka Ilic has copped a four-match ban for headbutting PSV Eindhoven's Marco van Ginkel.
Ilic saw red in the weekend's 3-0 defeat.
The Serb is on-loan at Twente from Manchester City, while Van Ginkel is on a temporary deal from Chelsea.
Ilic later remarked: "I want to apologise to the players and the technical staff of FC Twente and PSV and the supporters.
"I did not intend to injure anyone, it was a fight for the ball. This will never happen again. Again, my apologies."
