Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa was delighted with Diego Llorente's performance for their 3-0 victory over Southampton.
The defensive effort against experienced Premier League forwards secured an eighth Premier League clean sheet of the campaign, with Llorente returning from injury to play the full match.
“Our defensive game is a collective," Bielsa explained.
“Our forwards do a lot of work so it is less difficult for our defenders to recover the ball, but evidently Diego Llorente is a player with hierarchy.
“In a game like today when the opponent used different forwards and the majority of them with quality, it was very necessary his contribution."
