Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola was happy to have Sergio Aguero on the bench for victory over Tottenham.
The Argentine did not see any playing time against Jose Mourinho's men and Guardiola admitted he will be patient with the club's record goalscorer.
"He is OK," said the Spaniard. “Yesterday he had a tough training situation.
"We have to take things step by step. As soon as he gets a bit of physical condition and he has the chance to play, he will play."
Aguero hasn't been seen in action at City for 11 games.
