Former Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi is delighted with his move to Schalke.
Mustafi has signed for Schalke to the end of the season after securing a release from his contract at Arsenal.
He said, “Schalke is not a normal club. With this tradition, this stadium and these fans. When I heard that Schalke was interested, it quickly became clear that I really wanted to take on the task.
"In fact, Sead (Kolasinac) was the first who called me and wanted to convince me to come to S04. We are good friends and his commitment certainly helped."
