Manchester United youngster Dylan Levitt has joined NK Istra on loan for the remainder of the season, the Croatian club has confirmed.
Levitt, 20, returned from a disappointing spell with Charlton last month and will now get a chance to play first-team football in Pula.
The move has shocked many as Levitt was expected to join another club in the Football League.
A number of Dutch clubs were also open to taking the Welsh youngster.
NK Istra are currently bottom of the Croatian First Division.
On his client moving to Croatia, Levitt's agent Ivan Omrcen said last week: "He immediately agreed to come [to Istra] when we explained how much he will have to give in Istria. Dylan loves challenges."
