Jose Mourinho will remain as Tottenham manager at least until the end of the season, according to reports.

The Portuguese was brought in to bring trophies to Tottenham's trophy cabinet.

But he failed to do so in his first season in charge, and after being knocked out of the FA Cup on Wednesday, only the League Cup and Europa League remain possible this season.

Spurs are also four points outside the Champions League places, meaning they could miss Europe's premier competition two years in a row.

Despite the growing frustration with Mourinho from sections of supporters, the Mirror says Daniel Levy has maintained strong rapport with the 'Special One' and will not make a move this season.

There is also growing discontent among the playing group; with Dele Alli, Harry Winks and Gareth Bale all feeling Mourinho's wrath this season.

Nonetheless, Mourinho will be given a chance to come through on his silverware promise before a decision is made on his future.
