Liverpool have announced Jarell Quansah has signed his first professional contract with the club.
The 18-year-old joined the Reds at the age of seven and has progressed through the year groups.
The Warrington-born teen broke into the U18s team last season at right-back, but he can also operate at centre-back.
“Comfortable on the ball and with good recovery pace, Quansah has been awarded a long-term deal with the club," a statement on the Liverpool website read.
