Burnley are taking a close look at Sheffield United teen Ryan Viggars.
The Examiner reports Viggars, a Welsh youth international in the under 18s at Sheffield Unted, had a trial with Premier League rivals Burnley at the beginning of the week.
And he excelled, coming off the bench to score twice for the Clarets' under 23s against Middlesbrough to secure victory and make an instant impression.
Burnley are now weighing up whether to make him an offer.
