Hellas Verona coach Ivan Juric says they were worthy 2-1 winners against Parma on Monday night.
The result takes Verona into the top half of the table.
“It was not easy, we had a bad start after two negative performances, but we played well. I am really happy tonight," Juric told Sky Italia.
“We run well, we didn't let them be dangerous, we dominated the game for long time.
“It's not easy to play against team that sit back, but we managed to create trouble for them."
Kevin Lasagna is still looking for his first goal with Verona.
“He is a good player and has room for improvement," the coach said.
“The pitch wasn't great today, he could have scored and he's left me a very good impression for how he trains.
“He is similar to [Diego] Milito under some aspects, he can still improve."
