Ruben Loftus-Cheek says Fulham are getting their belief from manager Scott Parker.
The Cottagers remained three points from safety after Sunday's draw with Crystal Palace.
"It's kind of the story of our season," Loftus-Cheek said after the game. "We're playing well and dominating games but can't see it off. We had a few chances to take the lead. It's a point so we'll take that.
"We said before the game they are going to be a team who sit deep and defend well. They are hard to break down. We knew it would be a fight. We said we needed to take our chances but we couldn't.
"We don't feel like losing at all. We are diligent in our defensive work and hard to break down. We don't fear goals conceded. It's just outscoring teams that we want to improve.
"There is massive amounts of belief and that comes through the manager [Scott Parker]. He has been fantastic with the players. We feel belief in him and that spreads across the group. There is still a lot of games to play."
