Foot Mercato says Strasbourg of Ligue 1 want to sign the 17 year-old this summer - who is compared to Dayot Upamecano.
But there is also interest from the Premier League, with Arsenal and Leicester said to be eager to sign Doukouré.
Doukouré has a contract with Valenciennes until the summer of 2023.
