One officer,  4 narcotic cops arrested for extortion

ZAMBOANGA CITY: A senior police officer together with four of his men are to pay dearly for stubbornly refusing to listen the advice of their Commander-In-Chief President Rodrigo Duterte (pic).

On Monday night here, Police Station 9 officer-in-charge PMaj. Orlyn Leyte, PSgt. Hegenio Salvador and PSgt Asser Abdulkadim, Police Corporals Ismael Sasapan and Juman Arabani were arrested in a sting following complaints of drug-related extortion activity.
