Kota Kinabalu: Former Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman (pic) said he decided to withdraw his appeal in the Federal Court challenging the legality of Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal’s appointment as Sabah Chief Minister because the state election last September had overtaken the importance of this court matter.

With the appointment of the new Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) government in Sabah, he believed that he has now completed his final personal duty to the rakyat and his colleagues, which is to correct the injustices that had befallen the State back in 2018.
