No wrongdoing by SDB in the RM300m AirAsia loan

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Development Bank Berhad (SDB) has been cleared of any wrongdoing in extending a RM300 million loan to low cost airline AirAsia.

This was stated in a statement by the Board of Directors of SDB to the Trustee for bondholders on Jan. 15, 2021 to give an update to the MACC’s investigation into the loan.
