Borussia Dortmund star Mahmoud Dahoud is being tracked by Chelsea and Manchester City.
The Daily Mail says interest is mounting in Dahoud ahead of the summer window, with Everton and Tottenham also monitoring the 25-year-old Germany international.
Syria-born Dahoud is well known to current Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.
He joined Dortmund from Borussia Monchengladbach in 2017 in a deal agreed while Tuchel was still in charge of the German giants.
Though by the time Dahoud's move was completed Tuchel had left the Signal Iduna Park club, who beat Liverpool and Barcelona to his signature.
Chelsea and City were also previously keen on Dahoud before he was snapped up by Dortmund.
Dahoud joined Dortmund on a five-year deal which will have just one-year left to run this summer, increasing his appeal to his admirers who have made enquiries about his availability in the next window.
