Water treatment plants opt for healthier and safer method

PAPAR: Water treatment plants under the State Government’s concessionaire, Jetama Sdn Bhd, will be implementing the electrochlorination disinfection system as a healthier and safer method of water treatment process.

Its Chief Executive Officer Ahmad Naim Uddang said the system would play a vital role in the elimination of chlorine gas emission which is usually released through the usage of chlorine during the water treatment process in plants.
