New Barcelona president Joan Laporta faces big decisions over a raft of coach Ronald Koeman's whizkids.

Laporta was elected as Barcelona's new president and after putting together the club's new board, his team of directors will have to deal with the contracts of several young prodigies.

Oscar Mingueza's deal comes to an end in June, but the Blaugrana have an option to unilaterally extend it for another two years, reports Marca.

If Barcelona trigger that clause, the defender's salary will be improved and he will be considered a first team player next season.

The Catalans could also loan him out in 2021/22, but they will have to reach an agreement with Mingueza by May 30.

Ilaix Moriba's case is not going to be easy either, as his contract runs until next summer, but he has already received several offers, with his agent being the same as Gareth Bale's.

In fact, Moriba's representative earned a commission of more than 2.5 million euros when the youngster renewed his contract the last time.
