AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli is aware of Manchester United's away record ahead of their Europa League clash.

The Rossoneri host United in the second leg of the round of 16 on Thursday.

The first leg at Old Trafford finished 1-1 last week.

"All the games we played have made us grow. Now we want to qualify. We have gone through a lot to get here. We want to win," Pioli said at a press conference.

"We are aware we'll face many difficulties tomorrow. They are a solid team.

"They haven't lost a game for a long time. We'll need quality and personality to have the better.

"It's hard to make predictions, they were aggressive in the first leg, but we kept the ball possession. The result of the first leg can't influence the game. We must try to be dangerous," the coach added.

"What we've done so far can't be enough. There are more expectations now, but we proved we can obtain good results.

"We have done well so far, but we need to obtain something by the end of the season. At the beginning of the campaign, everyone would have been happy to be at this point.

"Ibrahimovic and Bennacer are available and I am happy with their recovery. Tomorrow we will decide on Calabria, Rebic, Leao and Romagnoli."

"We'll see if Ibra will start. Of course, he can't play the whole game, but he is an essential player for us.

"He and Kjaer boosted the team's self-esteem. We've improved thanks to them."
