SANDAKAN: The Sandakan Municipal Council (MPS) mulls suspending payment of the premise license fee of RM300 for business operators such as pubs, bars and lounges. According to the operators, they had no option but to halt their businesses since the Covid-19 pandemic hit early last year and they had since been struggling to make ends meet.
