Celtic are aiming to conclude a deal to sign youngster Kyle Joseph from Wigan.
The Scotland under-19 international is out of contract in the summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Celtic are ready to secure Joseph, who may put pen to paper on a pre-contract.
Given the expiry of his current deal in June, Joseph can already negotiate with clubs outside England.
Tottenham and Arsenal are also linked with the striker, who has five goals in 16 games this term.
