Redefining role of economic sectors

Kota Kinabalu: The State Government is fully committed to redefining its role in business and to bring economic development to Sabah through the development of key industrial clusters in the agriculture and aquaculture, oil and gas; manufacturing, and tourism sectors. 

Deputy Chief Minister cum Industrial Development Minister, Datuk Dr Joachim Gunsalam, said despite the challenges faced, his Ministry with the support of the private sector is committed to pursue its agenda and put in place more effective incentives, policies, programmes and procedures that will positively impact the State’s competitiveness.
