Replace RM1K fine with service, says Rozman

LABUAN: The suggestion that the compound fine of RM1, 000 for violating Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a community-based services sentences for these unable to pay is worth considering by the authorities.

MP Datuk Rozman Isli (pic) said the government acknowledge the fact that many had been severely affected by the Covid-19 outbreak since last March and rolled out the Economy Stimulus Package (Prihatin) of RM250 billion to help the people weather the pandemic and this has provided relief.
