Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang expects Ainsley Maitland-Niles to return from his West Brom loan next season.
Maitland-Niles has started every game in his preferred midfield position since completing his move, impressing fans in his last appearance vs Everton, despite the 1-0 loss.
However, Aubameyang is under the impression that the Arsenal academy graduate will return to his parent club at the end of the season when the striker was asked to name the three fastest players in the Arsenal squad via Twitch .
“Top three, apart [from] me, you put me on the side, I think Kieran Tierney. He asked me to do a race against him because the stats are talking for him, maybe he is quicker than me, so let's do it," he said.
“Then I think it was Ains [Maitland Niles], but he left but he will come back, so we can do a race whenever.
“And Reiss [Nelson] is there as well," he added.
