Feyenoord midfielder Orkun Kokcu is again attracting Premier League interest.
Kokcu was linked with Arsenal last year.
And La Razon reports Leeds and Leicester City are both expected to make a bid for Kokcu in the summer.
The Dutch club are reportedly willing to let the Turkey international leave at the end of the season for £10million.
Arsenal reportedly registered their interest in Kokcu last summer but Feyenoord demanded £23m for the 20-year-old.
But due to the Eredivisie club's financial struggles, they have become more desperate to sell the Turkish midfielder over time.
