Officer held over RM1,500 bribe bid

Kota Kinabalu: An enforcement officer was arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Sabah for allegedly accepting bribes amounting to RM1,500 from an individual who has committed maritime offences.

The 28-year-old man was apprehended at about 7.30pm in Sepanggar, here, Wednesday.
