Aston Villa boss Dean Smith says Jack Grealish is as good as any player in the country.
He is again being linked with Manchester City and Manchester United this week.
But Villa manager Smith has hopes of keeping his star.
"We have missed him lately when he was injured," he said.
"In the same way that Spurs would miss Harry Kane or that City would miss Kevin de Bruyne, he is such a player.
"I absolutely think he is on the same level as the two. He is so important to us and means a lot to our game."
