Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman says the return of Jordi Cruyff is in the hands of president Joan Laporta.
Everything is pointing towards Jordi, currently coach of Shenzen FC, becoming Barcelona's technical secretary in the coming days.
“Right now I can't say a lot, it's up to the president. Laporta has to decide his team in important positions and that's that. I know Jordi and his family well and he would be a good candidate, but I don't know. When the president takes over they will talk about roles inside the club."
On Laporta, Koeman added: “I haven't spoken much to him.
"We had a little chat on various things in Paris. We have to meet for a longer time. Now's not the moment to talk outside the club."
