Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is warming towards entering new contract talks.
Pogba is willing to open talks over a new contract after deciding against a move away from Old Trafford, says united.no.
The Frenchman became United's record signing when he was poached by Ed Woodward to the tune of £90million in 2016, but has seen his second spell at the club shrouded with controversy surrounding his future, particularly in recent months.
Pogba's agent Mino Raiola claimed in November that his client was desperately unhappy at United and would be seeking an exit during the summer transfer window.
But now he is eager to agree a new deal with the club, with his current contract set to expire in the summer of 2022.
Pogba has been sidelined with an injury since the 3-3 draw with Everton at the beginning of February.
