RM50,000 compound?

Kota Kinabalu: A photo of what appears to be a RM50,000 compound (pic) issued by the State Health Department against “a business operator” at  a shopping complex here has got netizens questioning its authenticity.

The photo, which started making its round on social media Friday, listed non-compliance to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) by the “operator.”
