Kota Kinabalu: Kapayan Assemblywoman, Jannie Lasimbang (pic), has called on the establishment of the Kapayan People’s Development Unit (UPPM) to be hastened.

She said six months has passed since the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) took over power in Sabah after it forced the hands of the Warisan Plus government to hold a state election, however, to date, the UPPM with its team of Community and Mukim Development Officers for Kapayan has yet to open its office to serve the people.
