Chelsea defender Thiago Silva showed his worth to the team after he was seen instructing his teammates against Everton on Monday.
The Blues claimed an impressive win at home against the Toffees, defeating Carlo Ancelotti's team 2-0.
Silva was on the bench for the match, but was seen talking to defender Kurt Zouma as soon as Chelsea scored their first goal, giving the youngster instructions.
One Reddit user posted a clip of the incident, saying: "Straight after Chelsea scored yesterday, Thiago Silva called Zouma to the sideline gave him instructions and told him to focus. Leader."
The exchange shows the value of having a veteran with the experience and know-how of Silva within the squad.
