Indonesian trio held for fishing off S’kan

SANDAKAN: Three Indonesian fishermen were detained for allegedly carrying out trawling activities less than three nautical miles off Laut Segama, here, Wednesday.

Sandakan Marine Base Commanding Officer, DSP Rusdin Banin, in a statement said the 11am operation also saw their trawler boat and 20 kilogrammes of fishes seized for further action.
