Kota Kinabalu: Borneo’s Plight in Malaysia Foundation (BoPiMaFo) is disappointed with former Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman’s decision on Friday to withdraw his appeal in the Federal Court challenging the legality of Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal’s appointment as Sabah Chief Minister, saying it was a wasted three years. “The people of Sabah have an inalienable right to know whether the removal of Musa as the validly appointed Chief Minister was done lawfully and in accordance with the Constitution of Sabah, said the court.
