PSG sporting director Leonardo has made contact with super agent Mino Raiola about Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
Pogba is inside the final 18 months of his United contract and despite claims of talks over a new deal, the Frenchman's status hasn't changed.
Foot Mercato says Leonardo has contacted Raiola to conduct initial exploratory talks. Pogba himself is open to a move to the French capital.
In December, Raiola said: "He has a contract that will expire in the summer of 2022, but I think the best solution for both parties is to sell him in the next transfer window. Otherwise United would risk Pogba going free as he has no intention of renewing the contract at the moment."
Before Pogba can join the Parisians, however, Leonardo must first create space in the squad. Possible candidates to leave include Ander Herrera (31) and Idrissa Gueye (31).
