Kota Kinabalu: Traders are reminded to continue complying with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) following the government’s move to allow more businesses to reopen during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO). The reminder came from City Police Chief ACP Habibi Majinji (pic) who said: “We hope business operators do not misuse their trading licences, for example cafes. Cafes are allowed but for the time being entertainment outlets are still not allowed to operate.
