Liverpool players enjoyed winding up Mohamed Salah after his hook in defeat to Chelsea.

Earlier this month Salah - the Premier League's leading goalscorer - was substituted by manager Jurgen Klopp with half-an-hour still to play in the match, with the winger looking less-than-impressed as he made his way off.

Salah's agent Ramy Abbas Issa decided to quickly take to social media, with the football agent tweeting a cryptic singular full-stop.

The Athletic reports Abbas' cryptic tweet saw Salah become the subject of some light ribbing from his fellow players on the training ground.

After another impressive personal season with 25 goals amidst a chaotic one for his side, the 28-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Merseyside club as they contemplate a squad rebuild this summer.

Despite his good form, the report indicates the forward can be a high maintenance figure off the pitch and has an 'imperfect' relationship with strike partner Sadio Mane.
