Czech Republic coach Jaroslav Silhavy says Tomas Soucek can fulfil his ambitions with West Ham.
The midfielder, who has been instrumental for the Hammers as David Moyes and his squad push for an unlikely top-four finish, scored his first ever international hat-trick against Estonia last week before helping the Czech Republic to a 1-1 draw against Belgium.
"Tomas plays very well in the Premier League," said the Czech Republic manager.
"I am really not surprised because he is really hard working. He's already played in the Champions League for Slavia Prague and was very good but now he is even better.
"So I am convinced he can succeed in the Champions League with West Ham too."
