DEMOCRATIC Action Party (DAP) Sabah launched a mobile service van for its “Unit Tindak DAP KK”, in conjunction with its 55th anniversary, Thursday. Officiated by DAP Sabah Advisor Datuk Jimmy Wong Sze Phin at the new DAP Sabah Headquarters in Jalan Kijang, the new service van went around Kota Kinabalu and stopped at 16 locations to distribute 55th anniversary t-shirts and party flags to loyal supporters. Sabah DAP leaders Chan Foong Hin, Phoong Jin Zhe, Tan Lee Fatt and Jannie Lasimbang said the new van is to improve its services for the people.
“Even though DAP Sabah is now back in the opposition and no longer has much access to government allocation and funding, we endeavour to continue to serve our constituents faithfully, to the best of our abilities. “Today’s launching of the Unit Tindak mobile service van is one of such services to the people here in greater Kota Kinabalu,” they said in a joint statement, Thursday.
