Cristiano Ronaldo has made clear his intentions to Juventus management over his future plans.

Contracted to Juve until 2022, TMW says Ronaldo has told the board he wants to stay and would be happy to sign a new deal to 2023.

Ronaldo's contract is worth €31m-a-year and while Juve have been hit by financial difficulty, there is a belief inside the boardroom that they must continue with the veteran striker.

However, for the moment, management are yet to respond to Ronaldo's request.

The former Real Madrid star is in his third season with the Bianconeri.
